December 14th, 2011, Meeting called to order at 8:05. Roll call-all present


Treasurer’s report
Bills totaling approximately $2880.00 for bolts, Plexiglas, plywood, tires, filters, etc
Motion to pay bills made and passed

Old Business
Gambling permit has been received for the fun run. Tickets will be sold for $10 each at the House of Coates on February 4th. Fun run event starts on January 21st. Prize payout as follows 1st place-$1000, 2nd-$500, 3rd-$250, 4th & 5th -$100 each, 6th thru 20th-$50 each, $2700 total payout. Motion made and passed to have 20 payouts. Motion made for needing only one stamp per card for entry-passed with one nay vote. Jim Smeby will print up numbered tickets for prize drawings. Entry sheets must be turned in at House of Coates on Saturday February 4th from noon to 6:00PM; drawing will be at 7:00PM.

New Business
Tread is separating on front tires on groomer-new tires needed
Farmington club wants large yellow signs with arrows on them to warn of upcoming turns
Rosie needs a new copier/printer
IGH is having problems getting some landowners to sign landowner permission form. Rosie gave Vince a copy of the newer form that the other clubs are using.
